There are certain medical which can cause swelling in the body and the treatment for it is to stop that particular medication. Your doctor has taken the right step in this situation. The blood pressure that you have mentioned is within acceptable range and if the patient has no symptoms such as dizziness then there is nothing to worry about. Every human has its own adaptability. I would advise just to observe him and if he has any symptoms along with low blood pressure then you should contact the physician.
Wishing you good health. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me. Best regards.
