yeah, your BP is not that low. you'd be in the ER. what did you use to check it? get it checked at the doctor's with a proper sphygmomanometer. if its still that low, they would admit you (trust me). the differential for BP that low is
1) major dehydration
2) serious infection
3) large volume blood loss
4) heart problems
