What Causes Low T4 Value And High Alkaline Phosphate Levels?
T4 free direct number came back from blood test at 0.84 on 16 year old daughter. guessing low thyroid. alkaline phosphatase, S came back high at 132 any info. I am waiting to talk to my doctor, who is a friend just trying to look up online what that means

It would have been helpful to know her TSH level. Anyways since you haven't mentioned it may it be to be normal then Pituitary function(TRH) evaluation might be necessary. Regarding high alkaline phosphatase it needs to be ascertained that if it is bone source(heat labile) or liver source (heat stable) then the further course of action can be determined.
