Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Without knowing exact measurement of TB test (Mantoux tex) and reports of investigations like blood count, ESR and chest X ray, it is difficult to comment on TB. But it is unlikely in a child who is active, playful and growing well. It is common to have some dip in appetite in toddlers normally. Adding oils to his diet, avoiding junk foods and giving lot of fruits and vegetables in diet might help.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
