doctor my baby boy is 2 years and10 months old he is very active and his weight is 12 kg with 165 height but his apetite is absolutely nill he only drinks milk with little more complain and frooti juice before he use 2 eat kitkat chips biscuits but now he is not having anything from the beginning we are taking him 2 dr chawla then ishowed him to dr gupta in kaiserbagh but all of them said he is active and normal and the test done from time 2 time were also fine but last week we visited dr dubey tb test with skin vaccine was done they called me after 3 days but as it was sunday i took my baby on 4 day he proved + problem is he is not eating if eating then he coughs and vomits out with lot of sputum that 2 very glossy
Without knowing exact measurement of TB test (Mantoux tex) and reports of investigations like blood count, ESR and chest X ray, it is difficult to comment on TB. But it is unlikely in a child who is active, playful and growing well. It is common to have some dip in appetite in toddlers normally. Adding oils to his diet, avoiding junk foods and giving lot of fruits and vegetables in diet might help.

But it is unlikely in a child who is active, playful and growing well. It is common to have some dip in appetite in toddlers normally.
