What Causes Low Appetite While On Vyvanse?

I’m on ADHD medication, specifically Vyvanse. The first day I took it I ate a little less than normal but really not that much of a difference. The next day, which was Sunday, I ate a bowl of cereal at 10am and now it’s tuesday and I have not eaten a single thing since, only some gum. I physically can not eat or even be around food. I usually eat normally but this is just weird. I lost 10 pounds since Sunday and I am not proud of it. What should I do?

Vyvanse( lisdexamfetamine) can cause anorexia. Dose reduction may help. Consult your doctor.
