Hello and welcome to HCM. As an Urologist, let me advise you not to attempt self-medication. If he has bladder cancer,a stent in ureter must've been placed due to involvement of ureter by the cancer, as seen on scan reports. Anyway, fever following biopsy is an indication of UTI (urinary infection),and needs treatment under supervision. The safest step to take is see your Urologist, and get admitted for further treatment. Don't try self medication. If you've any other doubts, you can contact me, with all reports. Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
