What Causes Low Glucose Level Of 100 Mg/dL And Rash On Body?

Hello, Last I suffer ACS - Acute Coronary Syndrome HTC - Hypertension DM - Diabetes Mellitus In February 2013 I had recovered Thyroid in February 2014 I was on Medication and August 2014 I had Fits and was unconscious for 15minutes due to Low Diabetes. My wife had given me sugar around 100grams and water to gain conscious. Now I get always low Diabetes when ever I check it is around 100 only. I cannot eat well and the body get rashes..

The information provided is insufficient to come to a conclusion.Low blood glucose levels could be from poor eating, from the medicines, or due to renal problems or hormonal variations.
Have you recently lost weight?
What medicines are you using for diabetes?
We need to do an 8 AM serum cortisol, and kidney and liver function tests. These will be imortant to assess the cause of your symptoms. Rashes need to direct inspection.
