You might be having a viral fever or urinary tract infection (UTI). It is to be tested investigated and the diagnosis confirmed and treatment can be recommended accordingly. No need for applying coconut oil around the eye. Gets eye examined by an eye doctor and recommended treatment like eye drop or ointment can be applied ed ofloxacin. Three percent eye drop can be applied eight hourly and Neosporin eye ointment can be applied at bedtime. Crocin syrup can be given to control high fever. If not controlled, then cold water sponging and head bah can be given. Rashes can be measles, and it is to be kept under observation. Red and the watering eye is to be marked distribution of rashes to be marked.
