What Causes Low Grade Fever, Chest Congestion And Cough?

I have been sick with congestion and a low grade fever.....99-101...- slight cough ... no body aches.... but my eyes are blurry and burning, my left especially is tearing. It is so uncomfortable. The fever is down, but my eyes are still bothering me. Maryellen
