What Causes Low Heart Rate, Low WBC And Vitamin D Counts?

Hi I am a 43 year old female. I have bradycardia (currently wearing a 30 day heart monitor) heart rate is normally in lower 40 s. Has been dropping into 30 s during the day and 20 s while sleeping. I have a low white blood count (3.2) and my vitamin D levels are low. My blood pressure runs 90s/50-60 s. I feel tired a lot. Why are all my counts so low? HDL and cholesterol are normal. Potassium levels also normal. Have passed out once in a period of two years. Taking 5 mg. of midodrine, but doesn t seem to change my BP. Any suggestions? A friend suggested I get checked for Lyme s disease.

certain diseases can cause heart block and low heart rate associated with low WBC count . in your case I would search for lupus. other causes are viral fevers, Lyme disease and drugs. so I suggest a work up for the same .
