What Causes Low Hemoglobin Levels While On Primolut N?

Hi I have heavy bleeding my doc has suggested primolut n 5 MG this time 1 and half year back also I was given but a 40 MG dose which crashed my hemoglobin from 12 to 6. Blood transfusion had to be done. Biopsy was done which was normal and negative.

Take 5 mg tablet and observe your menses and if you feel that periods are heavy with that than consult your doctor to increase the dose.
Also you will need to take tranexamic acid tablet to decrease bleeding after doctor's advice.
