What Causes Low Serum Sodium Levels Along With Adrenal Exhaustion?
My Mom is on her way to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital; History of Cancer of parotid with recent 26 treatments of radiation, chronic disease of Diabetes Type 1, CAD and Heart Failure, and COPD. She has UTI and low serum sodium with some confusion. Has shown some adrenal exhaustion. Could this be sepsis or another round of adrenal exhaustion?

I suspect the adrenal exhaustion and low sodium levels to be the cause for her presentation, as sepsis seems unlikrly based on the information at hand. She will require medical attention so please do encourage her to visit the medical center.
