What Causes Low Sex Drive?

My wife will never initiate foreplay/sex. When we end up having sex, it s almost like she just consents to it, instead of being into it and doing things to enjoy it better. Even during foreplays, she will only let me massage her boobs, touch her but and kiss her. I have tried to turn her on but kissing her neck, ears, caressing her body but it never seems like it is making a difference. She will not! Let me come anywhere close to her crotch with anything other than my penis. Forget de fingering, licking or anything. She won t touch my penis, or when she does during foreplays, it will be for literally 2 seconds or to put it in her vagina. Even in the everyday life I have to come I her to kiss her, hug her, cause if I don t go to her first, it wouldn t be happening. What do I do? I have told her before that I don t find she gives me enough affection and that I wish she would initiate sex sometimes. I am 24 and she is 23 we have been married 2 years and both never have sexual relationship before.
