for last 3 years i have been facing gradual declining of sexual functionality ,a matter of terrible frustration .moreover i am taking 100 mg sartralin and 3mg bromazipam and 50 mg thyroxin each day for last 3 yrs.precisely i feel sensation of my genital glance is reducing day by day. pls tell me what can i do now?

Sexual dysfunction are well known side effects of sertraline. You can ask your doctor to change the drug.
If you are taking it for depression then you can change it to Bupropion if no contraindication for this drug, these are prescription only drug .
