What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain And Urge For Bowel Movement Before Periods?

Good morning Doc,Every month before my menstruation came, i felt this pain on the lower left of my abdomen and the pains to trough my buttocks area. I felt it is about to fell, as if i wanted to move bowels and urinate but im not.Please advise.
