Does this area where the dull pain is felt during sex also cause discomfort when you need to use the toilet? Because a tiny hernia could also explain your problem. However since it’s just been two weeks and you seem to be fine apart of this very specific problem, I recommend a very careful wait-and-see approach. Even if it should be a chronic prostate inflammation, in your age one wouldn’t do much therapeutically. Just make sure your prostate is cleansed naturally quite often. Means: masturbate more often than normal (once a day minimum, better 2-3 times/day) for one months to get more prostate fluid per day out of the organ.
