What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain After Intercourse?
Hello, I am on day 15 of my cycle and this is my first cycle off Kurvelo. About 4 days ago after intercourse I had a stabbing pain on my right lower side. It was mild and very on and off. Since then yesterday the pain was a little worse and I was very very lightheaded and unable to focus. Today I can not walk because movement makes the stabbing pain come on fast and bad. Sitting or laying my lower abdomen feels right but doesn’t hurt. Could this be ectopic pregnancy? A cyst? PID? Appendicitis? Besides a bit of nausea and nipple tenderness I have had no other symptoms and no blood. I have had one baby but never had these awful cramps. Do I need to go to an er?
