Hi,
Abdominal pain and diarrhoea could be due to colitis, viral gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or diverticulitis.
You must undergo routine blood count and electrolytes, ultrasound of abdomen and if required then colonoscopy.
You will require antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals) with antispasmodics, antiinflammatories and prebiotics/probiotics.
There will be need of fluid and electrolytes balance in the body.
You must see physician or gastroenterologist for further advise.
