What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Along With Tender Breasts?
I have been experiencing cramping in lower abdomen, breast tenderness for several days. My period wasn t for a couple more days but today I started spotting dark brown and my breast started leaking milk. Last week took a pregnancy test it was negative maybe I tested to early? Also for the past week my right hand is numb when I wake up and having sensitive teeth, all these were signs for my prior pregnancy. My question is if I m not pregnant what else could the issue with my breast be?

I really appreciate your concern, in early days of conception home pregnancy test could be false positive or negative so better to get it done in second trimester, although here the chances of pregnancy is almost nil, still to rule out the doubt you can go for ultrasonography, this would clear, hope this information helps, take care.
