What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Delayed Period While UPT Is Negative?
I was 2 weeks late for my period which I never have been before. then I came on for one day then off not normal again. during late period I had spotting. Still got symptoms feels like a heavy weight is in my lower abdomen weeing alot, very emotional but negative preg test. Any ideas? I've had three pregnancies before one ended in m/c, I'm at a loss am I pregnant ?
