i have had lower abdominal pains for a week now, and they feel like cramps but im not on my period as i only spotted a few hours 2 of the days. i thought i might be pregnant but the test said no. now i have developed a bad headache and nausea. i have been very streesed and low on sleep lately. could that be the cause?
