What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Problem While Urinating?

I have been having a issue for a couple months now. I am having constantly having lower abdominal pain, problems urinating, odor, and my vagina walls are sore. after sex it gets worse. I have been tested for bv and have treated it twice and has made no change in symptoms.
