What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Rusty Jelly Discharge From Rectum?

I have been having in the middle of my lower abdomen a really bad pain. it is worse if I touch it. I am now a rusty jelly like substance coming from my rectum. It does have some very small amount of blood in the jelly. This started late yesterday afternoon. took my temp and it is 101.2.

Hello. Thanks for asking question at HCM.

By your symptom assessment, it appears you have acute dysentry which is a bacterial infection. I would suggest Tab Ciproflaxacin+Tinidazole twice daily for 5 days, Tab Hyoscamine twice daily and paracetamol 650 mg when temp is more than 100 F. I would suggest you to get enough liquids and keep well hydrated.
