What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Sore Legs?
i have PCOS and am undergoing testing for crohns Disease as there is a family history. lately i have been getting really tired and really sore legs at night i have had inflammation problems including iritis and i get really horrible pains in my lower abdomen RHS. What could be causing these?

Possible cause is atherosclerosis of aorta and legs arteries. This is caused by stenosis of vessels. You should do angiography to rule this out and if I am right, you should consult vascular surgeon for further treatment.
