What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Before Periods?

Hello, I am 23 years old and came off the pill a year ago. I have been getting my period regularly. I am sexually active and have had a BV infection twice and have taken antibiotics. My period is due either tomorrow or the day after and I have a dull burning/ aching feeling in my middle and lower abdomen is this normal?

Hello
Thank you for asking the question.
You are getting pain before menstuation. It may be due to premenstrual syndrome.
If you can bear the pain then no need to worry. If unbearable then you can use the pain killers like ibuprofen.
Hope this will helpful to you.
