What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain During Urination?

Hi, I m a female in my young twenties and I just finished my period a week ago. I got up this morning and found that my lower right overy area hurts when I urinate. My urine is clear and looks perfectly normal. I don t know if this is something that I should address or let work itself out. Thanks!

Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description, this might be related to UTI or PID
Here i would like further information for better assessment like
are you sexually active
Have you ever had such complaints in past?

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for an ultrasound pelvis and abdomen with urine culture and sensitivity test.

Meanwhile have plenty of fluids and maintain good hydration and urine output which will help you by flushing off the urogenital tract.
Maintain good hygiene

Please feel free to ask for further doubts I will be happy to help you
Best wishes
