Hello,
I have gone through your query and here are the possibilities: 1. Your job must be creating stress in the pelvic area. Your symptoms do suggest an increase in the pelvic pressure. 2. If, as you say, there is a prolapsed bladder, you should be experiencing symptoms like difficulty in voiding, urgency, stress incontinence, frequent urge etc. A speculum exam, as you know, will reveal the cause. 3. Prolapse of the vault is another possibility. 4. Infections of the bladder and the vagina, apart from pelvic infections, can create the specific odor. A swab should be taken from the vagina and also urinalysis done. Hope this helps.
