Severe abdominal pain could be due to stone condition. If it is lower site, such pain demands the immediate attention and treatment.
Beside this, it could be colic of biliary system, smooth muscle spasm, GI infection, in short it is not the single condition there that can be discussed.
Symptoms can be managed symptomatically first. Drotaverine injectable, or with oral medication of antispasmodic drugs can be given, but work up is much needed for right diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
