Hello..Look your abdominal pain has really nothing to do with your sexual excitement. Its either a matter of pure coincidence or you are just psychologically relating to it. You have no problem, please carry on with your life. If at all u feel that there is severe pain please take TAB Buscopan and get a lower abdomen ultrasound done.
