What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi I woke up this morning at the break of tears because it feels like my lower belly is in knots but what got me was the fact that I had a few minutes on and off of cold sweats I am 20 years old and I have chronic asthma my sides have been hurting and my chest is slightly in pain what do you think it could be

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen pain could be due to colic and it could be biliary colic, renal colic, beside this it may be smooth muscle spasm, it could be due to dyspepsia if the symptoms disappears then it is nothing to worry, if the symptom appears again then it may needed medical attention, such symptoms is nothing to take anything with the history of asthma,, but it may some time cause the chest pain if it is the dyspepsia or hyperacidity hope this information helps.
