What Causes Lower Abdominal Pains After Ovulation?

Hi,

I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months, during the fertile period (used ovulation prediction kit) without any success. As the first 2 months my CM was dry, so started using Preseed, but no success. In the past 2 months, after ovulation, for 2 to 3 days i have pain in lower abdomen/uterus/cervix. Could you please let me know what is causing this. Is that my body trying to reject the fertilized eggs ? Your answer is greatly.
