What Causes Lower Back Pain And Watery Bowel Movement During Pregnancy?

im 39 weeks pregnant been up all night with lower back pain and it has eased off now but now my pooh is like water i have been constipated through my pregnancy and over past few days ive been going quite regulary for a pooh but today i nearly poohd myself what could this be ?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand your concern. Because of pressure applied over & around the pelvic area (including rectum)by growing fetus inside the uterus, you are having low back pain & alternate constipation and loose motion. so do not worry. All these problem will go off after the delivery. Till then bear all these pain thinking about your baby. Hope this answer will help you. Wish you good luck.
