im 35 weeks pregnant and im having constant lower back pains, they get strong and then they go away for a little big and come right back but is only on one side, also im having mucus discharge for 3 days in a row already. I've been walking alot to see if it goes away but it hasnt. should i go to the emergency room? or just wait?
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion mucus discharge associated with backpain might need vaginal examination to rule out vaginal infection. This vaginal infection might lead to preterm pains sometimes.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres to prevent urinary infections which might also lead to preterm pains. So consult your doctor.Sometimes alteration of spine due to growing pregnancy might cause back pain.Take panadol for pain and take rest.Avoid physical strain.
