What Causes Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy?

I am 31 weeks pregnant. Her cord did grow to the side on my placenta just so you know. But today I am experiencing dabbing lower back pain, tummy tightening and more than usual clear and thick discharge. Should I be worried? Do I need to go in? 1st pregnancy and I'm scared she is needing or wanting to be born.. Help?

Hi, thanks for writing..
If you have tummy tightening and severe back pain, it could be preterm labour.. Go to ER. You might require tocolytic to make the uterus relax. Take complete rest.. Hope I have answered your query. Good day
