What Causes Lower Back Pain In A 47-year-old Woman?

I have lower back pain on both sides. It hurts when I sit or stand. Just started early this morning when I woke up. I don’t have strong urine smell. I don’t have frequent urination. I was thinking maybe my kidneys but I have none of the symptoms really. I am 47 years old and am a female. I have never had problems with bladder infections.
