What Causes Lower Back Pain In Pregnancy?

im 36 weeks pregnant my lower back hurts but not like when i had back labor with my daughter but it hurts pretty bad just not that bad. i have brownish discharge and sporadic contractions but not knock me down contractions. i am leaking liqued but no big gush. am i in labor or paranoid

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the back pain associated with brownish discharge suggests labour pains.Also the fluid you are leaking might be vaginal discharge because the liquor mostly leaks in gush.But it can be confirmed only on examination.So consult your doctor for vaginal examination.Meanwhile keep a note on fetal movements.
