What Causes Lower Back Pain That Radiates To The Abdomen?
I had a lap hysterectomy 10 months ago 3 incisions. Last few weeks i have been having sharp pain and pulling on my left side lower back and under my left ribs radiates to the front of my stomach, it hurts to touch. It feels like l have little knots, I can tell it s inflamed,and when i lift it hurts. Could this be a hernia or a pulled muscle? I can feel my gas move through the side i have the pain.

I suspect you may be suffering from kidney stone.
I don't find it much related to hysterectomy.
You should do an ultrasound to verify it and an urine analysis too.
