What Causes Lower Back Pain,vomiting And Dizziness?

hi i want to know if i can be pregant i got off my period few days ago but whats wried about it didnt hurt like it always does and when i got it it was light at frist and also my lower back is hurting and i wanting to thorw up and also it hurts the most when am stressing and feeling dizzy

Hi dear you are having menstrual cramps..for that tab hifenac P and tab rantac D will be helpful, also have plenty of fluids and regular exercise also avoid stress,if problem persists then more evaluation under gynecologist observation advisable.
