What Causes Lower Neck Pain While Breathing?

Im 17 year old male... Lately I have noticed that the lower right side of my neck has been hurting when I breathe... I know around 3 or 4 months ago I had a blood test for something else and they said I was clean from anything... I was wondering what this might be?

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

With history, I understand the pain is due to Trapezitis. There is an inflammation in the Trapezius muscle. This occurs in most people due to abnormal posture.

Doing hot water fermentation and simple next stretching along with strengthening will help ease the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
