What Causes Lower Right Pelvic Pain, Nausea And Burning Feeling In Stomach?

31 year old female. I ve had lower right pelvic pain. Ultrasound Checked for cysts. Didn t have any, Also have nausea when I have to pee. Also stomach has kind of a burning feeling. No fever and no burning when urinating. This has been going on for a few months.

Thanks for asking question. Your symptoms are due to PID & Dyspepsia. I suggest to take broad spectrum antibiotics for 5 days and omepazole for 2 weeks.
