What Causes Lower Right Spasms With Intense Pain Lasting For Few Minutes?
Hi, I have been having lower right spasms with intense pain. It usually lasts about a minute only. Have had my appendix out years ago, a hysterectomy , but have my right ovary still.herniated my disk 15 months ago and am wondering if. It could be associated with this. Thank you
Detailed answer: Hi, I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. Pain in right lower abdomen with spasms lasting only few minutes may be because of renal / ureteric calculus.
Definite diagnosis can only be made after few blood tests, complete urine analysis, Ultrasonography whole abdomen, stool examination, to rule out other possibilities also related to your ovary.
This pain has nothing to do with your hysterectomy and appendissectomy.
Treatment plan can only be decided once you are confirmed with diagnosis.
Till then i will suggest you to take antispasmodic tablet if you really need it.
Revert me back with any other query you have, i will be plased to anser you.
Wish you good health Thanks & Regards Dr. Shiv
