What Causes Lowering In AST From 49 To 42 And ALT From 74 To 62?
6 WEEKS AGO HAD A 6 MONTH NORMAL CHECK UP BLOODWORK WAS DONE MY ALT AND AST READINGS WERE : AST 49 ALT 74 6 WEEKS LATER MY READINGS ARE AST 42 ALT 62 I HAVE BEEN ON MEDICATION FOR GERD FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS AND FOR CHOLESTEROL 7 YEARS. WHAT DO THE NUMBERS MEAN AND INDICATE I AM A 62 YEAR OLD MALE.
