What Causes Lump Above Ankle?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi, I have a small lump about the size of a prune about 2 inches above the ankle. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago, and It does not hurt at all. What do you think it is? I m a little concerned because my friend was just diagnosed with soft tissue tumor. Is that an area for me to be concerned?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis.
