What Causes Lump At The Base Of The Neck Causing Pain During Movement?

hi last night, when i turned my head to the right. i dont know what happened but i felt a terrible pain on the lower left part of my head (back part) down to my neck. i couldnt move for a minute because it was so painful. and when i checked my head it was kinda swallen... like a lump... where the pain started..

Based on the facts of your query,your lump could be either from a bedbug bite with sudden pain/ or could be due to the Sprained neck/ with catch in the nerves and muscles around.
Check out with your Gp and OrthoSurgeon for this.
So don't worry it.Consult your Surgeon who would treat this lump with all the care it needs.
