What Causes Lump Behind Back Teeth During Pregnancy?
i am 11 weeks pregnant.....i just noticed between two of my back teeth there seems to be a lump...it doesnt hurt...it actually has no feeling at all.....i actually noticed it because i rubbed my tongue against it and it felt different than the rest of my gums,...almost smooth - like......what could this be?
Hi, I have gone through your question. Any lump inthe mouth needs to be properly examined and investigated. The gum ( gingiva) hypertrophies or enlarges in pregnancy as a normal physiological change of pregnancy. You may feel it as a lump. I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
