Hi, I have gone through your question. Any lump inthe mouth needs to be properly examined and investigated. The gum ( gingiva) hypertrophies or enlarges in pregnancy as a normal physiological change of pregnancy. You may feel it as a lump.
I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
