What Causes Lump In Inner Thigh Near Vaginal Opening?

I am a 43 year old female. I have an odd shaped formation on my inner right thigh maybe 2 from my vaginal opening. It is painful and I am a strong woman. I have felt fatigued for the last month solid. I am going through an UGLY amount of stress as well. I noticed it 3 days ago.Cancer does run in my family.
