56 year old male who smokes and has high blood pressure. Have a large lump (bigger than golf ball) under left armpit and small lump under right armpit. It is not in the armpit but under. Doesn't really hurt when i touch it but it is concerning to me.

A clinical examination by the Doctor and ultrasonography will confirm what is it. ` You may need to undergo FNAC= fine needle aspiration cytology to confirm there is no lymphoma or so. If required you may need an a biopsy to confirm the FNAC findings. And to get a treatment accordingly.
