What Causes Lump In Throat And Burning Tongue?

Hi for the last 6 weeks i have had what feels like a growth or lump in my throat to the right just under my adams apple, before this began i have had a major breathing problem for about 2 years!! just before this very weird feeling in my throat started my upper back right in between my shoulder blades started to ache and 6 weeks later the pain is a terrible burning!!! also under my togune has a slight pain or burning feeling. I have had 3 chest X-rays and blood work done but the docs say everything lots fine.
