General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to tonsillitis.

For that you may require complete hemogram, throat swab after ENT consultation.

You may require oral antibiotics after consultation.

Till then keep your self hydrated and continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale,
Family and General Physician.
