What Causes Lump In Wrist, Dizziness And Muscle Strain?

I Was making lovewith my fiance and found a small lump in my wrist (I rubbed it out) and now I get really dizzy and muscle strains. I know I am a hypochondriac but its something serious I would like to know.some background information I have a heart arrhythmia (Tacchycardia)

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think there is ganglion at wrist. It can be treated by aspiration and steroid injection. If it recur it can be managed by excision of ganglion. Hope your query has been answered . Thanks .
